Mould Lock Formers - Castaldo

Castaldo mould lock formers are small brass metal cones designed to help align and secure rubber molds during the vulcanizing and injection process. Each cone has small projections on one side that lock into the base of the mold frame.

Used by placing one in each corner, they ensure the top and bottom halves of the mold stay properly aligned. Their tapered shape helps prevent displacement during injection, ensuring clean and accurate results.
