The Castaldo QuickSil Firm & Flexible RTV Moulding Rubber is a high-performance, two-part silicone system designed for fast, accurate mould making and casting across a wide range of applications. Ideal for jewellers, goldsmiths, and manufacturers, this professional-grade rubber delivers excellent detail reproduction with minimal shrinkage and long-lasting durability.

With a simple 1:1 mix ratio and a fast 15-minute cure time at room temperature, QuickSil allows for quick turnaround production, making it perfect for both short runs and urgent workshop needs.

Thanks to its heat resistance, moulds can be used to cast low-temperature metals such as pewter and other fusible alloys directly. It is also highly compatible with injection wax, resins, ceramic materials, soap, candle wax, and metal clay, offering exceptional versatility.

Unlike disposable mould materials, Castaldo QuickSil produces strong, reusable moulds capable of handling dozens or even hundreds of casts without degrading, maintaining performance for years.
