Description

Sold individually. Price is per piece.

The Busch Fig. 6 Bud Bur is a premium-quality rotary bur, precision manufactured in Germany from hardened tungsten vanadium steel. Designed for professional jewellers, goldsmiths and stone setters, this bur offers exceptional cutting accuracy, durability and concentricity for precision jewellery work.

Its distinctive bud-shaped profile is specifically designed for preparing gemstone settings. The bur opens the setting to accommodate the widest part of a gemstone's girdle before tapering back towards the tip, creating a secure seat that helps support the stone during the setting process.

Precision-ground cutting flutes provide smooth, controlled material removal with excellent stability, making the Busch Fig. 6 an essential tool for professional stone setting and jewellery fabrication.

Featuring a 2.35 mm (3/32") shank, it fits most flex shaft machines, pendant drills, micromotors and rotary handpieces.

For optimum cutting performance and extended tool life, we recommend using a suitable bur lubricant, such as Burr Life Lubricant, during use.
