Diamond Needle File – Diamond-Coated Hand File - Round or Square

Manufactured using premium virgin diamond particles electroplated onto precision steel blanks, these files provide excellent cutting performance, durability and consistent results.

Unlike standard needle files, diamond-coated files continue cutting efficiently on extremely hard materials including carbide, hardened steel, glass, ceramics and stone.

Use light, even forward strokes, allowing the diamond abrasive to perform the cutting. Excessive pressure is unnecessary and may reduce the working life of the file.

For best performance, keep the file clean during use and avoid using it on soft materials that may clog the diamond surface.

Care Instructions
Clean the file after use with warm water and a soft brush to remove debris. Store dry and separately from other tools to help protect the diamond coating.
