Coming Soon!

We're so excited about our upcoming releases that we just couldn't keep them under wraps anymore! Drop us your email in the box below, and we'll let you know when it's good to go :)

The Alfa Mirage M-5 Diamond Round Type Template is a professional jewellery design aid for quickly drawing accurate round brilliant-cut diamond sizes.

Featuring 34 diamond sizes from 1/200 ct up to 3.00 ct, each circular opening represents an approximate round brilliant diamond diameter based on commonly used cut proportions.

Simply use a sharpened pencil vertically through the required opening to add correctly sized round diamonds to jewellery sketches and design drawings.

Made from thin, smooth plastic in Japan, the M-5 is ideal for jewellers, jewellery designers, goldsmiths and students who regularly create diamond jewellery designs.

Diamond Sizes
The template covers 34 round brilliant sizes, ranging from very small 1/200 ct stones through to 3.00 ct diamonds.

Examples include:
3.00ct – 9.4mm
2.50ct – 8.8mm
2.00ct – 8.2mm
1.50ct – 7.4mm
1.00ct – 6.5mm
0.50ct – 5.2mm
0.25ct – 4.1mm
0.10ct – 3.0mm
1/100ct – 1.4mm
1/200ct – 1.1mm

The manufacturer specifies that the diameters are based on commonly cut round brilliant diamonds and rounded to one decimal place.

Important
Diamond carat is a measurement of weight, not diameter. The millimetre dimensions on this template are design references based on common round brilliant proportions; an actual diamond's diameter can vary depending on its cut and proportions.

How to Use
Select the required diamond carat size or diameter, place the template over your jewellery drawing and use a sharpened pencil held vertically to trace the circular opening.

This allows multiple round diamonds to be drawn quickly and consistently when creating jewellery layouts, stone arrangements and design concepts.

Ideal For: Jewellery Designers • Jewellers • Goldsmiths • Diamond Jewellery Design • Jewellery Students • Jewellery Workshops • Hand-Drawn Jewellery Sketches
