Ultrasonic cleaning salt ULTRA 93 is a ready-to-use to degrease precious metals, steel , aluminium and non-ferrous metals. 

For 1 liter ready-to-use :

10-50g ultrasonic cleaning salt ULTRA93

1 L tap water (40-50°C)

How to Use ULTRA 93 Ultrasonic Cleaning Salt

• Prepare the solution
  • Dissolve 10–50 g of ULTRA 93 per 1 liter of water
  • Use warm tap water (40–50 °C) for best results
  • Stir briefly until the salt is fully dissolved.
• Fill the ultrasonic cleaner
  • Pour the prepared solution into the ultrasonic tank.
• Place items in a basket
  • Always use a basket or holder, not directly on the tank bottom.
• Run the ultrasonic cycle
  • Typical cleaning time: 3–10 minutes, depending on contamination.
• Rinse after cleaning
  • Rinse jewelry or parts with clean water.
• Dry with compressed air or a soft cloth.

ULTRA 93 is designed to degrease and remove polishing residues from:

• Gold jewelry

It works very well for removing polishing compounds, grease, oils, and workshop dirt after finishing or repair work.

Important Tips (Many Jewelers Miss These)

⚠️ Do not use on:

• Pearls
• Opals
• Emeralds
• Coral
• Porous or glued stones

Ultrasonic vibration itself can damage these materials.

⚠️ Solution lifespan

Replace the cleaning solution when it becomes cloudy or dirty.

⚠️ Temperature

Best performance around 40–50 °C.

Too hot water can reduce efficiency.

⚠️ Concentration

Use 10 g/L for light cleaning

Use 30–50 g/L for heavy grease or polishing compound
