We ship worldwide from Belgium using trusted international carriers including FedEx, TNT Express and DPD.

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes approximately 2–8 business days, depending on the destination and shipping service selected.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery country, parcel weight and available carrier service.

Tracking information is provided where available, allowing you to follow your shipment once it has been dispatched.

Returns

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be authorised by us before being sent back.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that returned items are adequately insured and sent using a trackable shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
